30 MIN INTRODUCTORY CALL

Taking the first step toward therapy is a big deal, and it's important to feel comfortable with the person you're working with. That's why I offer a free 30-minute introductory call. It's a chance for you to share what you're hoping to get out of therapy and for me to explain how I work. There's no pressure—just a conversation to see if we're a good fit for each other.
